  • Dispatch: In stock items are normally packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Preorder items follow the estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page.

  • Customs & Import Charges: For most international destinations, customs duties and import charges are covered by Ivamari. Where this does not apply, any destination specific duties, taxes or clearance charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • 30 Day Returns: Eligible unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition with tags attached.
  • No Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order for the required size and return the original item for a refund.

  • UK orders with in stock and preorder items: If your order contains both in stock and preorder items, we will send the available items first at no additional delivery charge. Your preorder item will follow once it is ready.
  • International orders with in stock and preorder items: Mixed international orders are normally held and dispatched together once the preorder item is ready, helping us keep the shipment together for international delivery and customs processing.

Please note that the 2 to 4 week timeframe refers to dispatch, not delivery time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
