We aim to make receiving your Ivamari order straightforward, with tracked delivery available across the UK and selected international destinations.

United Kingdom Delivery

Standard Tracked Delivery: FREE on all orders

Order processing: Normally 1–2 working days
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–3 working days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

United States Delivery

Express Tracked Delivery

Order processing: Normally 1–2 working days
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 working days

The delivery charge, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before your order is completed.

International Delivery

Tracked international delivery is available to selected destinations, including parts of Europe, Canada and other international regions.

Order processing: Normally 1–2 working days
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 4–7 working days, depending on destination

Available delivery methods and applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

International delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing or local delivery services.

Processing & Tracking

In stock items are normally packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

If an item is available for preorder, its estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page before you order.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.

Pre-Order Items

Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

The estimated dispatch timeframe for a pre-order item will be displayed on the product page before you place your order.

Pre-order products are not subject to our normal 1–2 working day dispatch timeframe unless otherwise stated.

If an unexpected delay significantly affects the estimated dispatch timeframe of your pre-order, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Delivery estimates begin once the pre-order item has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Charges

For most international destinations, customs duties and import charges are covered by Ivamari, so you should not normally be asked to make an additional customs payment when your order arrives.

Where this does not apply, any destination specific customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs requirements can vary by country and may occasionally change without notice. Where possible, any known additional charges will be shown or communicated before dispatch.

Ivamari is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities once a parcel has reached the destination country.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes above, occasional delays may occur due to postal or courier disruption, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns

Ivamari offers a 30-day return period for eligible items.

Returns must be initiated and sent back within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Returned items should:

Be in their original condition
Be unworn and unwashed
Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains or other signs of wear
Have their original product tags attached where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
